Billing FAQs

The Nest store accepts most major credit cards.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover®, and American Express®. All credit card information you provide to our server is fully encrypted and secure.

We currently only accept payment in British pounds. If the billing address address of your credit card is outside of the UK, you'll be charged by your credit card company the conversion rate into your local currency.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your credit card will be charged when your order ships.

You will receive an order confirmation email from us shortly after you have completed the checkout process. If the product is in stock, orders will typically ship within 1-2 business days after placing your order.

Will I be charged VAT?

All of the prices on the Nest store are VAT inclusive.

If you, or the entity you are buying for, is VAT exempt, we will happily refund your VAT charges. We will need a current copy of your VAT exempt certificate that matches the billing or shipping address on your order.

To obtain a VAT invoice, you must contact our support team within 7 days after you place your order.
