When you place an order on the Nest online store, we’ll send email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped. For up to the minute updates, you can check the status of your order online.

The Nest Concierge Service is an installation service offered by Nest to all our customers. When you buy Nest Concierge, we’ll arrange for a Nest Certified professional to come to your home and install your new Nest.

Most orders on the Nest online store cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed. But you will have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund.
