After completing setup, Nest will learn your schedule from your temperature changes. But if you like, you can manually program a schedule.
You can view and edit your current heating and cooling schedule directly on the Nest Learning Thermostat or from any of the Nest apps.
Important Note: Before you can access your Nest from any of the Nest apps, Nest will need to be connected to your home Wi-Fi network and paired with your Nest Account. See the article below for more information.
How to pair Nest with a Nest Account
Nest's schedule follows two simple rules:
- Target temperatures can be set on the hour or at 15-minute intervals -- like at 7:00, 3:30, or 12:45.
- Adjacent temperatures must be at least 60 minutes apart.
