Nest online store returns and cancellations policy
Most orders on the Nest online store cannot be cancelled once they’ve been placed. But you will have 30 days to return your purchase for a refund.
Can I cancel my Nest Learning Thermostat order?
Once an order is placed on the Nest online store, it cannot be cancelled. We send all new orders to our warehouse to be packed for shipping as soon as possible.
Can I cancel my Nest Concierge order?
You can cancel your Nest Concierge installation for a full refund if you call us to cancel before scheduling your installation with the Nest Concierge installer.
If you decide to cancel the installation after the visit has been scheduled, there will be a $99 trip fee.
Can I return my product?
Nest offers a 30-day money back guarantee. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your product purchased from the Nest Store, you can return it within 30 days of shipment for a full product refund.
To initiate a refund and to arrange for the return of the product, call Nest support at the toll free number on this page. You are responsible for the costs of shipping the product back to Nest.
