How to check the status of your Nest online store order
When you place an order on the Nest online store, we’ll send email updates on the order status right after the order is placed and once it’s been shipped. For up to the minute updates, you can check the status of your order online.
To look up your order online, you’ll need your order number and the email address you used when placing your order.

How to locate your order number
The order number is displayed on the order confirmation page when you complete your order online and included in your receipt. It’s an 11 digit number that starts with the letters NW.
